   Gary Syzek is founder and is the Project Manager for Systems Project Management. Mr. Syzek was first introduced to the water and wastewater industry in the United States Navy over 40 years ago and operated shipboard utility systems. He then entered the Municipal Utility District (MUD) industry in 1981 and has maintained and utilized his Texas TCEQ water and wastewater operator certifications while working in various operational and management positions ever since. 

Mr. Syzek has an extensive background in both ground level field and plant operations management which allows him the unique flexibility to provide  a well defined conduit of communications between field operations, the community, and the Board of Directors. He has had the opportunity and pleasure of managing and operating numerous municipal utility districts over the years including existing MUD clients. His vast knowledge of the Houston area MUDs as well as his continuous interactions with the operational, construction, engineering, and legal communities could easily make Systems Project Management a valuable asset to your consultant team and your customers.
