Utility District Services

As Project Manager for your utility, we will work hand in hand with your Board of Directors as well as your consultants in achieving a common goal which is to optimally run your utility at a cost-effective rate. As all trained utility professionals learn early on in their careers, budgetary constraints can either make or break a utility. Specialized Services

 

We have assisted MUDs in applying for special parks and recreational trail grant funds, working with various environmental advocates such as the Greens Bayou Corridor Coalition (member), the Harris Galveston Subsidence District WaterWise® program (sponsor), AWBD WaterSmart® program, and Harris County SWIM program.

We have also been instrumental in assisting various clients in setting up District websites (www.parkwayud.org) as well as the implementation of emergency communication systems to alert and inform their constituents of critical weather disasters or system failure information should they occur. We are very active in creating as well as participating in disaster preparedness plans and were very instrumental in preserving the potability of numerous water systems during Hurricane Ike in September 2008. We are strong proponents of emergency auxiliary power systems and have numerous resources that may prove beneficial to your system whether your plans are to design and construct future generator systems or service and maintain current equipment.
